The Planned Care Quality Coordinator at Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust in East Sussex will play a vital role in the Planned Care management team, focusing on quality processes to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes. This position involves coordinating and overseeing various quality-related tasks, including risk management, health and safety, and complaints management. The coordinator will support staff education and promote a psychologically safe culture for reporting incidents. Key responsibilities include managing incident reviews, collaborating with service leads for incident analyses, ensuring timely completion of investigations, and facilitating learning responses aligned with the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework.

The role offers flexible working hours (37.5 hours per week) and is intended for individuals committed to fostering a positive quality culture.
