The role of Ward Clerk- Health Records with NHS Scotland in Glasgow involves providing efficient health record services to support clinical care in a hospital ward setting. The permanent part-time position requires 22.5 hours of work per week, typically from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Responsibilities include managing patient reception, handling telephone inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate and confidential demographic information within the patient management system. Candidates should possess prior clerical or reception experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in computer use.

The position is based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary but may require movement to various locations within the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area.
