NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Peer Support Worker for its Esteem Early Intervention Psychosis Service in Glasgow City. The role, which operates on a part-time basis (10 hours per week across two flexible days), focuses on using the individual’s lived experience of mental health recovery to foster hope and facilitate the recovery journeys of others. Responsibilities include building supportive relationships with service users, participating in group activities, and contributing to the development and evaluation of the Peer Support Worker role.
