Supporting students with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Working closely with SENCOs and other support staff to implement strategies.
Providing one-to-one and small group interventions.
Assisting in the development and delivery of well-being programs.
Promoting a positive mental health culture within the school.

A degree in psychology or a related field.
A genuine interest in supporting children and young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
