Tasks
- Providing support and on-going development to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff
- Delivering and monitoring Practice Targets and KPIs
- Managing the Clinical Governance systems and maintaining practice policies and audits
- Financial Management including: banking, authorising invoices, producing reports, P&L and working towards a budget and KPI’s
- Ensure staff are complying with current legislation such as Fire, Health & Safety, CQC regulations, RIDDOR and COSHH
Qualifications/ Experience
