Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated person, with great communication and organisational skills to join our Team. We are looking for someone who besides having the full administrative duties of appointment managements and telephoning service - will have an opportunity to gain knowledge, skills and experience in dealing with external parties for keeping / maintenance of records for dialysis home deliveries, clinical waste set up, plumbing set up, water testing, home assessments, holiday provisions, etc. Are you a skilled worker who can provide a comprehensive receptionist and administration services ensuring effective communication and courtesy at all times? Are you able to support the Multi-Disciplinary Team members with administrative tasks and generally assisting them in the co-ordination of a smooth running service? Main duties of the job Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the Renal Home Therapies Team and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department.
