Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated person, with great communication and organisational skills to join our Team. The post holder must be a good team player and enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team, work collaboratively with medical and nursing teams to deliver a safe, high quality and effective care.
This post will be an excellent opportunity for the post holder to work with and deal with services needing to be set up for a home based treatment programs. We are looking for someone who besides having the full administrative duties of appointment managements and telephoning service - will have an opportunity to gain knowledge, skills and experience in dealing with external parties for keeping / maintenance of records for dialysis home deliveries, clinical waste set up, plumbing set up, water testing, home assessments, holiday provisions, etc.

Are you able to support the Multi-Disciplinary Team members with administrative tasks and generally assisting them in the co-ordination of a smooth running service?

Main duties of the job
- Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the Renal Home Therapies Team and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department.
- Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.
