The Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Ward Clerk for the Maternity administration team at Queen Charlotte's Hospital in London. This role involves managing patient appointments and queries for the maternity ultrasound department while providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will work closely with sonographers and other administrative staff, demonstrating strong organisational skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. The position may require flexibility to cover different sites in case of absence.

Essential qualifications include a good educational background with at least GCSEs in English or Maths, along with experience in customer service and clerical roles.
