Practice Plus Group is seeking a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join their Primary Care team at HMP Full Sutton, a high-security men's prison near Pocklington. This role offers flexible hours and an hourly rate of £15.84, ideal for covering additional needs such as sickness and annual leave. As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will include ensuring continuity of patient care, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with various healthcare professionals. Main duties of the job
As our new Bank Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:
- Ensure continuity of care for all patients, and deliver outstanding care at all times
- Work across all areas of care, including inpatients, clinics, primary care, health promotion, bloods etc
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Work holistically with your patients and other healthcare staff, including nurses, nursing associates, pharmacy etc
- Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
- Contribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics

Our New Bank Healthcare Assistant Will
