Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking motivated individuals for the role of "Rapid Response - Health Care Support Worker" within the Newport Community Resource Team. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications, or relevant experience, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
