Job Summary: Facilities Operative (Domestic) - Caerphilly Clinics
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Facilities Operative in the Domestic Services team at its Caerphilly Clinics. This part-time position involves evening shifts, Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 19:00, focusing on enhancing patient and customer experience through high-quality customer service.
While previous experience is preferred, full training will be provided. The successful candidate will perform various duties as assigned by the manager, require flexibility in working hours, and may work independently.
Key qualifications include basic literacy and numeracy, a commitment to complete required training, and the ability to follow procedures effectively. Welsh language skills are desirable but not mandatory. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, reliability, the ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude.
