The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Cardiothoracic Directorate as a Support Medical Secretary. The role involves providing high-quality administrative support to the Heart Failure Specialist Nursing Team within the Cardiology Department at University Hospital of Wales and University Hospital Llandough. Key responsibilities include typing clinical letters, managing medical notes, handling mail, answering phone calls, coordinating follow-up appointments, and supporting data collection.

Essential skills required are excellent communication and organizational capabilities, strong audio typing skills, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not mandatory.
