The Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Ward Manager for the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), part of the new Emergency Village. The CDU is a fast-paced 8-bedded ward focused on short-term patient assessment and monitoring. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing patient flow, conducting clinical assessments, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and maintaining high care standards in line with policies. The ideal candidate must thrive under pressure, work in collaboration with clinical staff, and provide support to junior and newly qualified nurses.
