Are you passionate about enhancing workplace wellbeing and have a knack for project support? East Sussex County Council is on the hunt for a dedicated Project Officer to join our vibrant Public Health team. In this fixed-term role, you’ll play a crucial part in the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work programme, helping local businesses adopt practices that prioritise the wellbeing of their staff. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working independently and wants to make a real difference, we want to hear from you!

You’ll support a diverse range of businesses across East Sussex, collaborating with teams and communicating effective strategies to encourage new partnerships. Your understanding of health and wellbeing is vital, along with your experience in programme management or health improvement projects. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders confidently.
