Zental, a modern and upscale private dental practice located in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Associate Dentist to join their expanding team. The practice offers a vibrant, state-of-the-art environment where a full range of dental services, including cosmetic and restorative dentistry, implants, and facial aesthetics, is provided. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of dental services while also engaging in hands-on patient care.
The ideal candidate should be GDC registered, have at least 6 years of post-graduate experience, and 2 years in a management role. The practice offers a full array of dental services ranging from simple to complex cosmetic & restorative dentistry, periodontics, maxillo-facial services, orthodontics, sedation, implants, facial rejuvenation, digital dentistry and more.
The Role:
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of dental services at your primary Practice. You will act as a bridge between the dentists, the practice manager, and the operations team, and provide feedback and support to all parties. In addition to your leadership duties, you will work clinical days, providing hands-on patient care and maintaining your clinical skills. You will also participate in regular meetings, audits, and hiring processes, and keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry.
