Within Hammersmith and Fulham (H&F) CLCH provide a range of services including Health Visiting and School Nursing, Children’s Therapies as well as numerous adult services, this means that you will benefit from a close working relationship with peers and a joined-up approach to care leading to improved health outcomes for the people you care for.
Within your team you will benefit from a Borough lead with a wealth of experience in Children’s health, Safeguarding, School Nursing and Immunisations and a team that has in excess of 300 years’ experience who are ready to support your learning and development.
