Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Phlebotomist (internally referred to as a Health Assessment Specialist) for their Bexley location, offering a salary range of £19,845 to £26,460 per year, with the potential for earnings up to £42,000 through commission, overtime, and additional benefits. The role requires a commitment of 30-40 hours per week across three to four 10-hour shifts, with flexibility required for travel to various clinic venues in the region. The successful candidate will perform health assessments, such as phlebotomy and fitness tests, for 15 to 22 customers daily, while ensuring accurate administration record-keeping and compliance.

Applicants should possess a full UK driving license, access to a standard-sized car, and have exceptional customer service skills. The role is open to candidates with experience in phlebotomy, care assistance, personal training, or related fields.
