Nuffield Health is seeking a confident and customer-focused Patient Services Administrator (Bank) for their Manchester Institute of Health & Performance. This position involves managing patient inquiries, greeting and attending to patients at appointments, ensuring accurate patient information, and maintaining databases. Strong IT and keyboard skills are essential, and prior healthcare administration experience is advantageous. While an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration is preferred, it is not mandatory.
This role offers a flexible bank contract, allowing candidates to work on an ad-hoc basis that suits both their availability and the business's needs, with a pay rate of £12.01 per hour. - Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management
