The NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Hospital Services Manager in Colindale, London, responsible for leading the stock control, validation, and dispatch of blood components to hospitals and NHSBT sites. The role includes managing inventory, aligning departmental policies with national healthcare strategies, overseeing team recruitment and performance, and ensuring effective collaboration with regional and national teams. The manager will also facilitate communication across directorates and take on deputy responsibilities as needed.

Candidates should possess proven leadership experience, ideally within NHSBT or a pharmaceutical environment, a strong understanding of relevant practices, and skills in employee relations and validation projects. A qualification such as FIBMS or a master's degree is preferred, along with a commitment to continuous professional development.
