Stori is seeking Support Workers for part-time weekend shifts, including sleep-in responsibilities, at their supported housing projects in Livingston. The role involves providing emotional and practical support to young individuals aged 16-24 with high-level complex needs, aiming to help them transition into independent living. While experience is preferred, it is not essential. Candidates must possess a full driving license and vehicle access, along with the right to work in the UK.

We are looking for Support Workers to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area, to provide emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.
Experience in a similar role is desireable but not essential.
We have part time weekend hours & sleep in shifts available (additional payments made for sleep ins)
Candidates must hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
