The Health, Social Care and Well-Being Partnership Officer position at GAVO in Caerphilly is a community-focused role aimed at enhancing third sector involvement in health and social care initiatives at both local and regional levels. The officer will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with community organisations and health care providers, facilitating information sharing and collaborative projects. This position is funded by the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board until March 31, 2027, and requires a deep understanding of relevant health and social care legislation.
