Zental, a high-end private dental practice in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Dental Associate to join their expanding team. The practice features modern facilities and offers a comprehensive range of dental services, including cosmetic, restorative dentistry, orthodontics, and facial aesthetics, in a calming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality and efficiency of dental services.
- Facilitate communication between dentists, practice management, and operational teams.
- Provide hands-on patient care while maintaining clinical skills.
- Engage in meetings, audits, and recruitment processes.
Essential Requirements:
- GDC registered with 2+ years in private practice and 6+ years of post-graduate experience.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a patient list through proactive marketing.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical dentistry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-graduate qualifications and experience in cosmetic dentistry or dental education.

The Role:
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of dental services at your primary Practice. You will act as a bridge between the dentists, the practice manager, and the operations team, and provide feedback and support to all parties. In addition to your leadership duties, you will work clinical days, providing hands-on patient care and maintaining your clinical skills. You will also participate in regular meetings, audits, and hiring processes, and keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry.
