To provide high quality administrative support in the day to day running of the office. To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department and enable the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines. This post requires the post holder to access NHS and Midlothian Council systems appropriate to the role.
HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Advanced keyboard skills.
Effective planning and organisational skills.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Good working knowledge of computer software packages.
This post has been created to support the Performance & Improvement Team with general administrative tasks including scheduling, co-ordinating and monitoring team activities.
The postholder will be required to access NHS Lothian and Midlothian Council systems, full training will be provided.
