The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking Call Handlers for its CAV 24/7 service, which is designed to provide efficient and effective urgent care access through a clinical telephone triage system. Based in the Contact Centre at Cardiff Royal Infirmary, these roles, available in both full and part-time capacities, primarily involve answering calls concerning various health needs, including medical, dental, and mental health inquiries. Candidates should exhibit strong teamwork abilities, reliability, and flexibility, with the potential for unsociable hours and holiday shifts. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, although applicants who speak English are also welcome.
