Cardiff University is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for its School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, responsible for providing administrative support in the areas of Recruitment and Admissions. The role includes handling inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, processing applications, maintaining accurate databases, and organizing recruitment events. The position offers flexible working options, requiring a minimum commitment of 17.5 hours per week with set availability on Tuesdays, and is fixed-term until July 31, 2025.
