The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two Hepatology Surveillance Navigators for a fixed-term period of two years to enhance liver cancer detection for patients at risk of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). One position will be based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, while the other will handle cases in Worthing and Chichester. These roles involve close collaboration with the Hepatology CNS team and Consultants, focusing on coordinating and monitoring surveillance pathways, ensuring timely patient engagement, tracking key care milestones, and managing surveillance databases.
