The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for the General Surgery Clapham Ward at Worthing General Hospital. The successful candidate will assist the ward manager and, in their absence, ensure effective ward management, providing clinical and professional leadership to maintain high standards of patient care and safety. The role involves delivering evidence-based clinical care while embodying the Trust's values, supporting both staff and patient experiences, and promoting health and wellbeing in the community.

In addition to leading the nursing team, the Junior Sister/Charge Nurse will facilitate the development of team members and students through supervision and teaching.
