The Head of Planned Care at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for the efficient management of all Adult Physical Health Planned Care services, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered within available resources. The role involves providing complex professional and managerial advice, deputizing for the Director when necessary, and directly overseeing services including Wheelchair, Hearing & Balance, Dental, Dietetics, Diabetes, and Sexual Health Services. Collaboration with community-based managers and other services is essential to ensure operational plans are met and national targets, such as CQC ratings, are achieved.
