The Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time, permanent Family Intervention Therapist to join its Inclusion Thurrock Early Intervention in Psychosis (EiP) and At Risk Mental States (ARMS) Services in Grays, South West Essex. The role involves providing NICE-compliant family intervention therapies to patients and their families facing a range of complex mental health challenges. The therapist will play a senior role within the team, offering consultation to colleagues, contributing to multi-disciplinary meetings, and advising on clinical and managerial matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying clinical skills and theoretical knowledge to ensure high-quality family interventions and will participate in the evaluation, monitoring, and development of operational policies within the team.
