The NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Systemic Family Therapist to provide specialized treatment and assessment within the CAMHS service in Barking. The ideal candidate should possess a post-graduate qualification in family therapy and be registered with a relevant professional body. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive family therapy and psychotherapeutic assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions to children, adolescents, and their families, and supervising junior clinicians. The role also involves active participation in multi-disciplinary assessments, audits, and treatment outcome monitoring to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The post-holder will maintain effective collaboration with local mental health services and adhere to Trust policies while managing clinical practice and supervision. This position requires a commitment to providing timely and accessible support, as well as opportunities for professional development through a structured induction program and ongoing supervision. There is a high cost area supplement included in the compensation for this role.
