Second Nature is seeking a passionate Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) for a full-time, fixed-term contract aimed at enhancing access to specialist weight management services for individuals living with obesity. The role involves working remotely within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) that includes doctors, dietitians, and psychologists, focusing on providing psychological therapy to support sustainable lifestyle changes. The PWP will conduct assessments, deliver one-on-one and group interventions, and monitor patient progress, all while collaborating closely with the MDT.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience working in a weight management, bariatric, or eating disorder setting, along with the ability to offer patient-centered care to individuals with complex health needs. The position also demands strong organisational skills for service coordination and active participation in MDT meetings, with resources available for training and clinical supervision.
