The NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead for their newly established Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) in Maidstone, focusing on supporting children's emotional wellbeing and mental health. This part-time role (0.8wte) requires a qualified professional in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or an accredited Family Therapist/CBT practitioner. The Clinical Lead will drive the development and implementation of MHST services across Kent and Medway, ensuring evidence-based practice, promoting service-user involvement, and maintaining high standards of clinical delivery in line with the national Children and Young People’s Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies (CYP-IAPT) programme.
