We are looking for passionate and organised Administrators to join our multidisciplinary teams to help make a difference. Majority of our roles will be patient facing of which excellent customer service is essential as you will be first point of contact for our patients and service users.
Our roles are also fast paced working in our difference services as Patient Access Officers, Mobile-site Administrator, Business Support Administrators of which full training will be provided. This is an excellent entry role with support from management and our excellent talent team we offer a wide range of development opportunities for career progression.
We are looking to fill permanent, fixed term, full time and part-time positions to our Lambeth, Southward and Guys and St Thomas Services.

Act as the first point of call for all patient access queries, delivering a courteous and effective service.
Schedule outpatient, elective admissions, and associated appointments according to clinical urgency, departmental procedures, and Trust targets.
Confirm attendance with patients and ensure appropriate reminder systems are followed.
Ensure clinics are managed effectively through accurate administration of clinical systems.
Manage patient referrals and liaise with clinical teams to ensure vetting processes are followed.
Provide reception services for clinics, ensuring patients are welcomed and informed throughout their visit.
Accurately input and manage data using Trust systems such as EPIC, EMIS, or equivalent.
