NHS Scotland is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager for its Clydebank contact centre, part of its 24/7 tele-health and tele-care service. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing visible guidance and support to frontline staff within a clinical environment. Responsibilities include supervising a team of 12-15 direct reports, handling escalated calls, and evaluating operational performance to ensure patients receive optimal care. Candidates should have prior management experience, particularly in a contact centre, along with strong communication, analytical, and performance management skills.
