- will manage staff, be accountable for all aspects of service delivery and responsible for budget and physical resources for children services within the locality
- will ensure that the outcomes which have been set for Children and Family teams are delivered
- will be delivering safe, effective, person centred and responsive care and support services
- will promote service delivery that minimises health inequalities
- will work in partnership with related services and agencies to ensure seamless provision of services
- will ensure access for the most vulnerable children and families
- will ensure clinical, financial and staff governance standards and local and board wide agreed outcomes are met
