Be the Backbone of Our Clinic as Clinic Coordinator at Laser Clinics - Brighton

As Our Clinic Coordinator, You Will Ensure Seamless Operations, Working Behind The Scenes And At The Forefront To Deliver a World-class Experience For Our Clients. You Will Help Make Our Clinic Run Like Clockwork By

• Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the clinic’s scheduling, client bookings, inventory, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
• Upholding Impeccable Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance to ensure a pristine clinic environment.
• Driving Sales and Rebooking: Meet and exceed KPIs for product sales and client rebooking, supporting clinic revenue growth.
• Guiding Clients with Expertise: Offer knowledgeable guidance on pre- and post-care, product recommendations, and treatment options.
• Supporting Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, engaging with them face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
  
  

We'd Feel ELECTRIC If You Have

• Operational Skills: Min 12months experience in a customer service environment. Strong organisational skills with experience managing or coordinating retail, hospitality, or clinic operations.
• Sales and Customer Service Expertise: A proven track record in customer-facing roles and excelling in a sales environment.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges.
• Flexibility: Availability for late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays.
