- Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the clinic’s scheduling, client bookings, inventory, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
- Upholding Impeccable Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance to ensure a pristine clinic environment.
- Driving Sales and Rebooking: Meet and exceed KPIs for product sales and client rebooking, supporting clinic revenue growth.
- Guiding Clients with Expertise: Offer knowledgeable guidance on pre- and post-care, product recommendations, and treatment options.
- Supporting Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, engaging with them face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
- Operational Skills: Min 12months experience in a customer service environment. Strong organisational skills with experience managing or coordinating retail, hospitality, or clinic operations.
- Sales and Customer Service Expertise: A proven track record in customer-facing roles and excelling in a sales environment.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges.
- Flexibility: Availability for late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays.
