Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Coach for a full-time, up to 12-month maternity cover contract in Worthing, West Sussex, with a salary of £25,000 per year (pro rata). The role involves providing personalized coaching to clients following their Health Assessments, using motivational interviewing techniques to help them set and achieve health goals. The coach will engage with customers via Microsoft Teams, respond to queries regarding assessment results, and maintain high standards of communication and service quality.
