Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join their Cardiology Booking Office as a Booking Clerk in Newport. This internal role involves booking outpatient diagnostic tests, managing waiting lists, and responding to telephone inquiries while adhering to Welsh Government RTT guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong IT literacy, attention to detail, and be well-organized. Knowledge of the Myrddin system and RTT guidelines is advantageous, with a preference for candidates who can speak Welsh.

Candidates must currently be employed by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board to apply.
