Job Summary: Head of Global Patient Services at Cleveland Clinic London
  • Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7AW
  • Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational aspects of Global Patient Services (GPS) staff, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Build strong relationships with GPS locations and collaborate with the Cleveland Clinic London leadership team.
  • Oversee the international patient pathway and interpretation services to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management for developing patient referrals and expanding business opportunities.
  • Direct hiring, performance evaluation, and compliance of staff within the GPS framework.
  • Collaborate on embassy relations and manage departmental budgets and finances.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field; significant management experience; fluency in Arabic.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree and prior experience within a Global Patient Services/International team in healthcare.
