The Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Clerical Administrator for their Clinical Support Services division at Whiston and St Helens Hospitals, with both full-time and part-time roles available. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing clinical correspondence, managing follow-up investigations, and ensuring timely dispatch of letters and discharge summaries. Ideal applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office. While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, full training will be provided.

The role requires candidates to be adaptable, capable of working under pressure, and able to handle responsibilities such as data input, stock ordering, and general office housekeeping.
