Care at Home - Adult Care Services
Search Consultancy are proud to be working with a top care provider in Aberdeen for a Care at Home Service supporting adults in their own homes. Reporting to the Service Director you will ensure the best standard of care is provided to the service users and their families. You will have previous management experience and a strong understanding of the operations of business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure care plans are up to date, providing person specific care to each service user
- Ensure budgets are adhered to and make improvements where possible
- Staffing supervision and training
- Rotas
- Building strong and trusting relationships with the service users and their families
- Being the first point of contact for team leaders, providing support when needed
Requirements
- SVQ4 in Health and Social Care is preferable but would consider SVQ3
- Relevant leadership and management qualification
- Good understanding of business operations is a must
- Driver is essential
- Ability to manage a team and provide support
- Passionate about caring for others
- Positive outlook
