Nuffield Health is seeking a Patient Services Advisor for their Glasgow Hospital, offering a full-time permanent position with a salary of £23,419.50 per annum. The role entails handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a high standard of customer service while providing information about hospital services and treatments. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, good IT proficiency, and experience in customer-facing or administrative roles.

In this position, the advisor will log inquiries, manage bookings in compliance with GDPR, facilitate the patient journey, and support the coordination between patients, consultants, and medical secretaries. The working hours include shifts from Monday to Thursday (8 am-9 pm), Friday (8 am-6 pm), and one Saturday per month.
