The Screening Pathway Administrator role at Public Health Wales in Llantrisant is a fixed-term/secondment position for 11 months, focused on providing administrative support within the Screening Division. The primary responsibilities include handling queries from the BSW and WAAASP helplines, ensuring efficient call/recall processes, and facilitating failsafe functions of various screening programs. The successful candidate will manage appointment changes, process invitations and results, and maintain accurate records in both manual and computerized systems, ensuring compliance with program policies.
