NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a full-time Research Co-ordinator for its Sponsor Team in Glasgow, offering a two-year fixed-term position. The role involves managing a portfolio of research projects, including investigator-led non-CTIMP multicenter studies and drug trials, in collaboration with various stakeholders such as the Project Management teams, Senior Clinical Research Nursing staff, and governance personnel. The post holder will also supervise Senior Research Administrators, supporting the preparation of research protocols, regulatory approvals, and logistical coordination. A strong background in Biological Sciences, along with experience in research methodologies and contract negotiations, is preferred.

The position is based at Gartnavel Hospital, working 37 hours a week with a Monday to Friday shift pattern. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and an understanding of research and innovation systems.
