The Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Health Visitor to join their high-performing team in Aylesbury. This role involves leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme while working collaboratively with Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses, supported by experienced Locality Leads. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in specialized areas such as breastfeeding support and perinatal mental health, contributing to a service that has achieved BFI stage 3 accreditation.
