The Cromwell House team is seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) who is motivated and enthusiastic to join their supportive and friendly environment. The role offers opportunities for career progression with regular supervision, continuing professional development (CPD), and training, all underpinned by a focus on staff wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing CBT-based assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing psychosis and bipolar disorder.
  • Conducting Behavioral Family Interventions for families supporting individuals in recovery from psychosis.
  • Carrying out assessments and CBT sessions for users with complex, long-standing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Leading recovery-focused group work for service users and their families.

The successful candidate will be a flexible team player with a strong sense of initiative, able to manage stress effectively and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Experience in CBT for psychosis and bipolar disorder is desired.
