The Madison Group is seeking a qualified Psychological Therapist to join their West Norfolk Youth Service in King's Lynn, focusing on the assessment and treatment of young people aged 14 to 25 with complex mental health needs. Candidates should possess an MA/MSc in Systemic Family Therapy and UKCP registration as a Systemic & Family Psychotherapist. The role involves providing evidence-based systemic therapy, managing a complex caseload, engaging in multi-agency work, and contributing to the development of a Family Therapy Reflecting Team. Ideal candidates will have experience in CAMHS or related settings and showcase excellent therapeutic skills and cultural competency.
