The Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the role of Dental Services Manager starting April 1, 2025. This position involves operationally managing community dental teams across Cambridge, Ely, and Wisbech, with a focus on providing a wide range of dental services, including emergency care and minor oral surgery. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, experience in stakeholder management, and a proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives, while fostering an inclusive team culture.

The role requires significant travel between locations, along with responsibilities for managing Locality Leads, monitoring performance against key performance indicators, and aligning team objectives with the organisation's vision and goals. The Dental Services Manager will collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team on strategic planning and reporting activities, playing a vital role in maintaining the high standards rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission.
