No formal qualifications are needed; we're looking for caring individuals with a love for working with children. Experience in a childcare setting is a plus, and we encourage you to pursue a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years. No qualifications needed for this Early Years Assistant role - previous experience working in a childcare setting is preferred and must be willing to work towards a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years

What This Role Involves
As an Early Years Assistant, you will be providing high quality care and education to the children in a fun and warm environment that encourages them to learn and grow.
Our Nursery Staff must have the ability to read a ten page fairy-tale, upside down, with at least 4 interruptions per page. Pretending to eat playdough creations realistically whilst drinking numerous cups of pretend tea is required
