West London NHS Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Hounslow Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) in Brentford. This role involves providing a person-centered occupational therapy service to a diverse caseload of service users, addressing their mental and physical health needs within a multidisciplinary team framework. The Occupational Therapist will implement evidence-based care strategies and lead in the supervision of junior staff, promoting integrated, holistic approaches in community mental health care.

The position requires working Monday to Friday in secondary care, where the successful candidate will facilitate improved access to mental health support and treatment, contributing to the ongoing development of occupational therapy practices within the MINT service.
